Minimum sound
Katherm QK nano units are acoustically optimized and fit perfectly in acoustically sensitive rooms. The sound power level is measured in accordance with EN ISO 3744 in a semi-anechoic sound measurement chamber.
200 variants
The channel height of the Katherm QK nano is only 2.76 in. Depending on the control version, different channel lengths are available. This enables (almost) unrestricted use of the room. As a rule, it is installed with little clearance directly at the facade.
Optimal use of space
The Katherm QK nano stands out for its compact dimensions, ideal for rooms with high heating demand but only limited installation space. The compact EC cross-flow fans allow a channel height of only 2.76 in. This enables easy installation in raised floors or screed. Despite the low height, Katherm QK nano units can cover high heat loads in the room.
Heating in low-temperature and heat pump operation
The Katherm QK nano is suitable for use with a heat pump or another low-temperature system. Thanks to fan assistance, especially at low system temperatures with warm water, you quickly achieve the 3-4 times the output of conventional radiators. This reduces your energy demand and heating costs and, ultimately, greenhouse gas emissions as well.
FineLine grilles
The FineLine grille was developed specifically for the Katherm QK nano. A rigid grille made of flow-optimized profiles as a orthogonal grille (FineLine Q) or linear grille (FineLine L).
Available in powder-coated steel in the colors RAL 9006 (white aluminium), RAL 9007 (grey aluminium), RAL 9005 (black), DB 703 (basalt grey) or in stainless steel.
Short installation time
Thanks to the valve connection, a fast and easy installation of the Katherm QK nano is possible on site. Height adjustment screws and step-resistant height adjustment feet are supplied as standard. This reduces installation time and therefore costs.
Protection during installation and construction time
Our Katherm trench technology products are carefully packed in cardboard packaging for transport. The grille edge trim profiles are protected against damage by green plastic profiles. A sustainable paper cover prevents dust and dirt from entering.
As the units are often installed in the building at an early construction stage, the grille can be replaced at the factory with a wooden installation cover for their protection for an additional charge. The grilles are then supplied separately packed.
